These terms govern your use of myrenopenang.com and the tools, quotations and services provided by MyReno Penang. By using this site you agree to them.

1. Information accuracy

Prices, timelines, package inclusions and case-study figures shown on this site are representative. Your final quotation is the binding source of scope and price. Actual renovation results, rental income and occupancy vary by unit, location and market conditions.

2. ROI calculator & strategy quiz

The ROI calculator and rental strategy quiz are planning aids, not financial advice or a guarantee of returns. Figures assume you supply accurate inputs and do not account for taxes, agent fees, maintenance downtime or market cycles.

3. Quotations & payment

Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Projects follow a milestone-based payment structure disclosed with the quotation. Changes requested after works commence may affect the price and timeline via a written variation order.

4. Warranties

Workmanship warranty details are provided in each project agreement. Warranties on appliances, fittings and third-party materials follow the manufacturer's terms.

5. Sister brands

MyRoom, MyLoft, MyBnB and The Homestay Helper are separate operating brands within our group. Engaging any of them for rental or property management is optional and governed by their own agreements.

6. Intellectual property

All copy, photography, video and design on this site are owned by MyReno Penang or used with permission. Do not reproduce without consent.

7. Third-party links

Links to external sites (Google, TikTok, sister-brand websites, contractor partners) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pulau Pinang.
