One team coordinates every step between an empty unit and a rent-ready home — design, wet works, built-ins, furnishing, styling and handover. Tenant placement is available through our sister brands MyRoom (room rental) and The Homestay Helper (short-stay). Scope, timeline and exclusions are written into the quotation after the site inspection.
How we work: MyReno directly manages design, furnishing, fit-out and handover. Where wet works, licensed electrical work or major plumbing are required, we coordinate vetted specialist contractors under one project plan and one quotation — you deal with one contact and one invoice.
